The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) comment period closed on December 15, 2008. The T and the Project Team are compiling the comments received on the DEIS, and developing plans to obtain responses for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). The FEIS is expected to be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in the Fall of 2009.
