Draft Environmental Impact Statement

This project involves completing an environmental review called an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Southwest-to-Northeast Rail Corridor. The draft of that statement is posted here. For a better understanding of the process, review the timeline.

Public hearings were conducted in November to allow verbal and written comments on the document to be submitted.
